PERSONAL TRAINER

I have been a Personal trainer for almost two decades. I specialize in working from the inside out. I use yoga, meditation, Tai Chi, Chi Qigong, or whichever modality is required based on the clients' needs for them to best in the best form they are striving to achieve.

 

One-on-one training means just that, the client and I, working together to accomplish a goal we set as partners in the specific fitness regiment. My sessions are customized per client, together we work as a team to come up with goals.  Clients agree to sign a contract in order to remain focused on the end result. Should either client or myself waiver off our fitness plan, the contract serves as a reminder of the goals set and agreed to.
