I am currently in the midst of submitting my manuscript, Boots on the Box: Memoirs of a Go-Go Boy, Berkley Angel to various literary agents, and am not yet published. Bookstores

St. Mark's Bookstore was established in New York City's East Village, located at 31 Third Avenue.

Housing Works Bookstore Cafe has established iself as a New York downtown institution and tourist destination for the last decade and is located at 126 Crosby Street.

 

La Casa Azul Bookstore is dedicated to providing cultural and educational programs via literature and art in East Harlem at 143 East 103rd Street.

 

Strand Bookstore is New York City's legendary home of 18 Miles of new, used, and rare books and is located at 828 Broadway.  

 

The Bureau of General Services—Queer Division is a queer cultural center, bookstore, and event space hosted by Cage on the Lower Side of New York City at 83A Hester Street. 

Organizations

The Hetrick-Martin Institute believes all young people, regardless of sexual orienation or identity, deserve a safe and supportive environment in which to achieve their full potential. Hetrick-Martin also partners with the Harvey Milk High School.  

 

One Spirit Learning Alliance and One Spirit Interfaith Seminary were founded by Rev. Diane Berke. 

 

Debra Harrigan Naturopath (Australia), Nutritionist, Herbalist, Iridologist and AAMA Board Certified.  Debra's passion is educating and empowering individuals both at her Full Circle Therapies Wellness Center in Dallas as well as through Corporate Wellness Programs that she facilitates throughout the United States.

 

The Leslie Lohman Museum of Gay and Lesbian Art is the first dedicated LGBTQ art museum in the world with a mission to exhibit and preserve LGBTQ art, and foster the artists who create it. Leslie Lohman Museum is located at 26 Wooster Street.
